Autreau-Roualet Brut NV Champagne 750 ml

Autreau-Roualet Brut NV Champagne 750 ml

Classically made Champagne: a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier aged for 18 months+ prior to disgorgement. The Pinot Meunier gives body and roundness while the Pinot Noir adds rich fruit and a mouth filling style. A lively mousse, fresh balanced taste and delicacy consistently display the house style.

Rich and full bodied artisan Champagne with a delicate brioche note and an unctuous golden hue. This delightful wine - the bellwether of the Autreau Family's champagne range - would pair well with canapés, salads or just any reason to celebrate.

The Autreau Family are based in the picturesque village of Champillon, near Epernay and have been involved in growing grapes and producing Champagne since 1670. The current generation, led by Eric Autréau, maintains the family tradition of producing quality Champagnes from the best grapes from their own vineyards as we as grapes sourced from the best villages in the region.

All Autreau wines are produced and aged in their cellars on the edge of Champillon village overlooking the regions best vineyards on the slopes of the Montagne de Reims.

This is a blend of 33 % Pinot Noir from the Marne Valley and 67 % Pinot Meunier from the Côte des Bars.
This Champagne stemmed entirely from black grapes is elaborated in stainless tanks ; we then keep it in bottles in our cellars for 18 24 months.
This relatively short time of preservation permits the wine to express its youth through its emited freshness.
The subtle wedding between Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier lets reveal fine aromas of red fresh fruits.
