Returns & Exchanges
At K & L Wines Online, we strive for perfection in every bottle, but if your selection is damaged or corked, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund or exchange. Due to the perishable nature of wine, all returns must be pre-authorized to ensure proper temperature-controlled handling during transit.
Report the Issue
Contact our sommelier support team within 30 days of delivery to report a corked, leaking, or damaged bottle.
Obtain Authorization
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a specialized shipping label designed for wine transport.
Pack Securely
Place the original bottle and at least 75% of its contents back into the original protective pulp or foam wine shipper to prevent breakage.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our cellar team inspects the returned bottle, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship a replacement bottle immediately.
