This dry white sparkling wine is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes hand picked from our vineyard in October 2019.
It was made using the classic bottle fermentation method and has spent three years on the lees. It is pale gold in colour and displays a fine mousse. It has a bouquet of almonds and citrus with a palate of crisp green apples with a nutty finish.
